Terms of service

1. You will not post, transmit or distribute information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, use the site in a manner contrary to law, post or transmit harmful software, or distribute protected materials without permission.
2. Orbis Pay shall be under no obligation to continue to operate the site for any particular term and may remove or change the site at its sole discretion.
3. Orbis Pay has no obligation to monitor the site. However, you agree that Orbis Pay has the right to monitor the site electronically from time to time and to disclose information as necessary to satisfy law, operate the site properly, or protect itself or its users in accordance with the Orbis Pay Privacy Policy.
4. All information submitted to Orbis Pay through the site shall become the property of Orbis Pay and Orbis Pay shall be free to use such information, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques, subject to applicable law and any specific customer relationship obligations.
5. Where you enter into a customer agreement with Orbis Pay or one of its sponsoring banks, processors or suppliers, information submitted in the course of that relationship shall be governed by the Orbis Pay Privacy Policy posted on the site.
6. All information on the site is provided "as is" and without warranties or conditions of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable to you for any amount greater than $100.
7. If you are dissatisfied with the site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of Orbis Pay in operating the site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
8. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Orbis Pay and its affiliates and related companies harmless from liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this agreement by you or users of your account.
9. All elements of the site are the property of Orbis Pay or are subject to licenses or agreements allowing their use through the site. No site element may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, posted or sent without prior written approval.
10. Third parties may provide links to other internet websites or resources on this site. Orbis Pay neither controls nor endorses such linked sites and is not responsible for their legality, accuracy or nature.
11. Orbis Pay reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time and without notice. Such changes shall be binding on you if you continue to use the site.
12. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Orbis Pay and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and shall be governed by applicable law.
